Ms. Bea Birgul is the leader of Emergency Relief Team Inc. She is also a mother of two young children and runs her own company called B by B™️. She is an enthusiastic leader with a strong work ethic and a determined attitude to achieve her goals. Her motto is that communication and transparency are crucial aspects of life.
Ebru ‘Ebzz’ Kilinc
Ebru is the Media & Communications Manager for Emergency Relief Team Inc. She has excellent people skills and pays close attention to detail in her work with IT and technology. Ebru is a dedicated volunteer with a well-organized work ethic and a strong desire to help others. Her motto is “help when you can, and we all need to live in peace.”
Nirgul ‘Nicole’ Gurkan
Nirgul is the Operations & Communications Team Leader for Emergency Relief Team Inc. She is highly reliable, completing tasks promptly & efficiently. With her diverse skill set, she can adapt to various roles within our team. Nirgul’s exceptional qualities and dedication greatly contribute to our organisation’s success. Her motto is “we are all a link in the chain, if everyone does their bit, we are unbreakable.”
Seda Kaymak
Seda is the Administration Coordinator for Emergency Relief Team Inc. With a background in allied health and graphic design, she effectively utilizes her diverse skill set. Seda is dedicated to the Emergency Relief Team Inc mission, she is also expecting a baby in 2024. Her motto is ” be humble and empathetic, as even small gestures can make a big difference to people.”
Gulsen Keran
Gulsen is the Warehouse Manager for Emergency Relief Team Inc. While being a dedicated mother is also an inspiring pillar of her family and community. She has consistently aided in Emergency Relief Team Inc’s multiple endeavours such as assisting victims of the Türkiye earthquakes and the refugee campaign. Her motto is that life sometimes isn’t about the bigger picture, it’s about the smaller things that bring you the most happiness.
